• Individual property assessments (including Home Energy Checks, SAP Assessments and EPCs, Decent Homes and Home Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments where appropriate) by experienced and qualified surveyors.

Islington Safe and Warm Scheme

Advent's team have managed Islington's Safe and Warm scheme since 2001, delivering heating, insulation and security measures to vulnerable householders in the borough.

Pan-London Insulation Scheme

Advent is working with a number of local authorities in London and the South East to deliver highly cost effective schemes to install loft and cavity wall insulation in the Council's social housing.  Participating boroughs include Barking and Dagenham, Camden, Hillingdon, and Tandridge.

CERT Funding

 

Advent Energy Management is able to arrange for insulation to be installed in your home, either free of charge (for qualifying residents) or at a substantially reduced cost.  Working in partnership with a number of local authorities in London and the South East, and with one of the UK's largest fuel suppliers, we are delivering large scale insulation programmes for tenants in social housing.

 

Insulation grants are funded by the UK Energy Suppliers, who are contracted to provide funding as part of a wider obligation placed on them by the Government to reduce UK household emissions.  CERT (Carbon Emissions Reduction Target) provides assistance to households via energy grants, thus making significant reductions in CO2 emissions.
