• Individual property assessments (including Home Energy Checks, Fire Safety Assessments, Decent Homes and Home Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments where appropriate) by experienced and qualified surveyors.
• Complete management of contractors and grant application process from start to finish by an experienced Grants Team
• Works inspections
• Comprehensive monitoring reports

Additional Services

• Installation of small measures:  reflective radiator panels, CFLs, water saving measures, hot water tank jackets, etc.
• Householder Eco Club, Energy Advice Services, links with the regional Energy Saving Trust advice service.

Islington Safe and Warm Scheme

GLEEN has managed Islington's Safe and Warm scheme since 2001, delivering heating, insulation and security measures to vulnerable householders in the borough.

 

East Surrey Partnership Grants

GLEEN works with Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Tandridge District Council and Mole Valley District Council to deliver energy efficiency grants and signpost residents to other relevant schemes.

PLEASE grants

PLEASE (the Private Landlords Energy Award Scheme) offers financial incentives for landlords to improve the energy efficiency of their rented properties in Southwark.  Landlords can apply for a 50% grant towards the cost of heating and insulation works.

Warm Front and CERT

GLEEN can signpost eligible householders to national Warm Front grants and also works with fuel suppliers and other managing agents to secure CERT funding for a range of schemes.
